I’ve only used Al Frache’s twice, and for both times they have delivered above and beyond. I had some issues with what I had written and Marie was quick to respond and make the changes. Working in Houston Texas I wasn’t too sure where to go. But I can tell you Al Fraches’s did not disappoint. Muchas Gracias. Tu arreglo de flores es tan bonito! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for your wonderful review ! It means a lot to hear that both of your orders have gone above and beyond your expectations. I’m also so glad I could help with the changes and make everything a little easier for you, especially from abroad ! Thank you for trusting us. We truly appreciate you choosing our store and hope to help you again for the next occasion. ¡ Muchas gracias ! – Marie & The Al Frache’s Team
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
